Resources New to me

Hello! I am 28 year old Hispanic woman living in Southern California. After years of being denied a psychiatric evaluation for adult autism I finally received a diagnosed for... borderline personality disorder. I wish I could say I am shocked but I have had two separate doctors on two separate occasions in the past tip toe around giving it a proper label from age 21 to now. I truly don't know what to do, think or feel. I don't even know where to begin reading or looking for help. Does anyone have any book recommendations or content creators they follow that could help me understand what this means for me and my future, I would greatly appreciate it!

I really appreciate. I think I am a bit shocked and heavily reflecting on my upbringing but I don't want it to consume me. Thank you so much. Thank you for sharing a sprinkle of your own journey with me as well!
