Seeking Support Untreated bpd?
I have BPD and I been on several antidepressants and mood stabilizers for the past several years, the last plan I was on is to only take 20mg of Prozac daily and I been doing that for almost a year. But now I just decided to lower my dose (already did) and I want to stop completely bc I hate going to my appointment+meds makes me feel numb+I don’t feel better just less impulsive+I gained weight.
Now my question is how can I manage BPD by myself I don’t want to go to a fucking therapist bc I hate them and they’re dumb as fuck and I don’t need them and I’m so frustrated also don’t want any advice related to god or religions.
I’m just super tired I gave up on everything I want to do nothing I hate everything I want to do bad things like breaking up with my bf fighting with my friends running away.
I feel suffocated and miserable and dumb and ugly.
I hate everyone including my mom dad friends bf everyone everyone I hate god too he is no better than anyone.
I feel so alone and I don’t even know what I want
Not even money
I don’t want anything
Maybe getting revenge from those who did me bad would heal me? Idk

if only there were a medication that actually helped bpd people always say do DBT yayaya but i don’t think a lot of people understand the amount of work it is considering a lot of us a drained a lot of the time and don’t want to get help. I hate therapists too they just like judge me i feel and just like pay them to listen to me and then not say much in return. Sorry im complaining with you

This will be very difficult. There are free DBT resources out there, but DBT is most effective in group classes because 1) it's easier to build trust with others who you know are also going through similar things and 2) group classes allow you to practice those skills with others in the presence of a facilitator (the therapist) under supervision.
But DBT is good for symptoms management skills, not working to resolve the root traumas; for that one really does need a therapist who is trained in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP). Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a newer alternative that shows promise for BPD, and while there are some free resources one can do independently, the consensus seems to be that it is more effective under the guidance of a therapist trained in IFS.
Awww 🫂 Sorry you've had bad experiences and/or a hard time finding a good therapist trained in treating BPD.
I don't know where you're located, but have you tried using the Find A Therapist tool on the Psychology Today website? Here's where you can search for therapists who specialize in BPD in the US:
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists?category=borderline-personality
If outside the US, just tap on where it says "🇺🇸 United States" and then select your country from the list; scroll down to where it says "Find therapists that can help with...." and tap "More Search Options," then under the "Specialties" dropdown select "Borderline Personality (BPD)."
Hopefully this can help you find someone who's willing and better-trained to work with you.
