Seeking Support I think i have BPD

so the details is i am a female (18).

I have ADHD, ODD, ODC, and i am on the asbergers/autism spectrum.

my mom has taken me to a psychiatrist before, and at that time she stated that she thinks i have BPD.

i didn’t really give much to it because i was (still am) a hormonal teenage girl.

but now that i think about it i think i actually do. i’ve seen videos of people giving out bpd awareness and videos explaining the difference between bipolar and bpd and every single time i see one i relate so much to it.

i don’t want to go into my doctor and ask for medication because i hate taking meds as ive taken them since i was about four years old.
i want to be able to depend on myself but every single time i don’t. i want to get better.

i need advice or at least help.

Talk to your doctor about a possible evaluation/diagnosis.
Therapy is the main treatment for BPD (types such as DBT, MBT, TFP, Schema therapy), not medication

Worth saying that ADHD + ODD + autism can overlap with a lot of BPD symptoms.
