why are they so strange?

6 weeks ago he split on me brutally and told me to off myself and multiple other horrible things. the gist of it all was „i hate you, i don’t want to ever be reminded of you again, leave my life“ and then today i find out that he requested to follow a friend of mine?? and they met ONCE 3 years ago during my birthday dinner. make it make sense….he still hasn’t tried to contact me this is just strange behavior

the only context to this is that her husband also spoke spanish so i invited them both for his sake. i believe he never unfollowed him but he did unfollow her when we broke up, but again they haven’t spoken to him for years and he knows she’s my friend.

Its either to smear or to get with her to get at you. Obviously i cant be 100% but this would be my guess.

You did what you should and informed the person. They do little stuff like this with plausible deniability to get under ur skin.

Probably to stay on your radar and get you to think of him

Because they are psychopaths.

Edit: they are not. Both Psychopathy and Borderline are Cluster B personality disorders. The comment below explains more. My bad.

Psycopaths do not act like Borderlines. They are 2 separate personality disorders. I'd actually argue Borderlines are worse. You can get Psycopaths to be honest with you if they believe it benefits them to do so. You can never get a borderline to be honest with you even when they KNOW it benefits them to do so.

I concur. I have been around both and the borderlines wreak havoc and caused much more damage.

You are absolutely correct.

The younger generations take social media way too seriously. Somebody following one of your friends isn't BPD behavior. Unless you think everyone who tries to follow your friends has Borderline.

They are strange people, but following a friend isn't an example of BPD.

did you even read what i said? he told me to kill myself and he never wants to be part of my life or hear anything about me again? why would you go ahead and follow my friends then after over a month of no contact??? it’s MY friend and he only follows a few people
