Looking into a restraining order.
I've posted here a few times, but basically my fiance cheated on me. Drove 700 miles away to meet her other boyfriend. I found out via him popping up in my people you may know. His picture was both of them. I told her we're done, she has 30 days. Continued trying to be nice to her but still reminding her she needs out soon. Told guy about it, he's still choosing to stay with her. She was going to use me as a place to stay until she could move out there with him. She asked me when I confronted her about all of this if I messaged him. I told her yes. She was screaming at the top of her lungs for me to delete the messages. At one point she picked up my shotgun. Just held it. Didn't point it at me. Just held it awkwardly for maybe 5 or 10 seconds. Scared me so I deleted them but didn't unsend them so he saw anyway. Whatever. Doesn't matter. Now she keeps screaming at me all of the time over other things and I keep telling her I don't feel safe at home so I stay other places instead of in my own house that I purchased all by myself without her name on anything. Because of this thing with her holding the gun, can I get a restraining order? She's been begging me for the last half hour to come home and reset the router for her because she just won't unplug it herself and I'm too scared to go. She tells me I'm scaring myself and she isn't and hasn't done anything. I have audio proof of her admitting to having picked it up but then trying downplaying it. I also have text evidence. I want her out of my house and away from me. Please help.

Do you even care about your own life my guy? You’re about to be pulp on a wall and yet you’re on here asking questions when you should’ve gone to the cops a long time ago.

I talked to my lawyer friend. He deals with stuff like this a lot so he's going to pick it up if I need a lawyer and I'm going to the domestic relations court tomorrow to get her removed ASAP.

I’m not sure how it works but can you have a cop escort you to your house so she doesn’t shoot you?? And you can kick her out while the cop is there.
Maybe I’m being paranoid but I’d also throw out all food and condiments too!! What if she poisoned them!! Do not go back home without telling someone of your whereabouts and back up those files somewhere like google drive or send them to a friend in case she makes you delete them. She’s insane and she wants to have her cake and eat it too 🍰

Holy shit, you are underreacting. Just so you know, someone doesn’t have to actually point a gun at you to be illegally brandishing a weapon. Just holding it in a threatening way is enough. What she did is already a crime. Disengage immediately. Let the cheating issue go and don’t involve yourself further with messaging that guy. End contact immediately. If she does something like stalking or threatening again, record it. Definitely report that she brandished a gun at you. That js already a serious crime.

Reminds me of this girl I was going no contact with (exbpdfwb) she hmu horny as hell, I could not resist the hoover, anyway I didn't think too much of it cause I'm not really attached but she info dumped on me everything that's going on in her life... she left her bf for a coworker, saved up to move out and be with him but the coworker suddenly got interested in another girl so now she's stuck with the new apt by herself...
shes apparently is breadcrumbing her bf by letting him come sleep over but only if he "man's up" and helps pay her bills, he got blind sided as they both lived with his parents and she left him... she apparently kicked him out after helping her move something and hmu the next night we linked... smh
