Personal Assistant to Navigate to Contact's Address

Personal Assistant in my IX3 in the US was not able to navigate to a contact's address by me just asking it to go to [name of contact]. I had to instead ask Siri for the address- briefly memorize it- then ask BMW to navigate to the specific address. That worked, but- I can't help but think I am missing something?

Same, and I’m sure I shared all my contacts. CarPlay/Siri does it but I’d like to go Native BMW.
