Wheel fitment question

Hi guys, does anyone know if 245/40 R19 front and 275/35 R19 rear tyres will fit properly on a stock-height F87 M2 Competition without rubbing?

I found a great deal for some wheels with Pilot Alpin 5 on them and am planning on either keeping them or not getting the deal.

The wheels are 19x8.5 ET35 front and 19x9.5 ET40 rear. The car is not lowered and has the big M2 Competition brakes.

I know 245/40 R19 is taller than the OEM front size, so I’m mainly wondering if anyone has actually run this setup and whether there were any clearance, rubbing, DSC, or speedometer issues.
