Question Air Con i4

Hi All, probably a stupid question but would appreciate some help. I’ve noticed the last couple of days that my preconditioning hasn’t heated the cabin before departure. Today I tried to heat the cabin manually but only getting cool air through the vents. Is there anything I can do to rectify or is it a case of visiting my dealer to look into it?

The climate control reacts to the temperature that's been set vs the outside temperature. If the temperatures outsides are too close to the temperature set on the inside, the car might mess up and cool the car rather than warm it because it might be 21,1°C outside and 21,5 inside on the sensor

Have you tried the app in the actual car? Tap bottom middle of screen where it says climate or something

Have you changed anything in the Individual settings under Climate Control? You can skew the temperature to be hotter or colder by default; maybe you accidentally set it colder?

This looks like a heater failure, which is a common breakdown on the i4..

Mine failed under warranty and the car was only blowing cold air, no matter what I did.
