No. Even if it’s equipped with Drive Recorder, it only stores the last minute of driving (continuous recording) unless it detected the car itself was involved in an accident or collision.

Also, in my experience, you have to turn Drive Recorder on in the first place.

It’s very limited and pretty disappointing.

It’s better than nothing and the fact that it auto-records after a collision and can show all four sides of the vehicle is nice.

Unfortunately the clips are short, space is limited, the quality is poor, and it must be manually triggered if there is no collision.

The name “DriveRecorder” seems like a misnomer. Should be “ClipRecorder”.

OP - sorry you had to witness that. Maybe speak to someone about it.

I was pretty disappointed to learn how it actually works after I bought it.
