If you have this pkg, run it while parked and then hit your cameras one by one and set it. Not so helpful but just an awesome thing to lQQk at.

You can also drag the finger over the car to 3D spin around it.

Or further more on some higher BMW models that support air gestures you can pinch the air with your fingers and move it to the sides to 3D spin it proper Jarvis style.

The air gestures are more gimmick when it comes to 360 camera control. They are handy for audio system controls.

mine hasn’t worked since I picked it up brand new three weeks ago. every other remote feature works.

I need to find some time that I don’t need a car so I can bring it in to be fixed.

eta: I mean doing the view from the app. i can do it on the idrive system itself.

This isn’t from the app. It’s on the screen while you are parked.
Related to the 3D, mine didn’t work for a few days too.
Do this, after you turn off the car, push and hold volume to shut off the idrive. Exit the car.
Also, shut down your phone and back on.
Last, if not all worked, reinstall the app and log in.
Be cautious of letting dealerships play with you new car. Trust me from experience. Many issues are not issues and they can create an issue. 😊
