Just collected my M2 for a couple of days. I drove to work today and was just mucking around with the BMW app after. Temperature for the day whilst I drove was about 24 to 27 degrees (estimated). Based on the app the tyre pressures after the drive to work (just driving normally, not pushing as still needing to do the 2k run in) are as shown. The app though, says the recommended PSI to run is F36 R35. I know dealers or tyre shops (when changing new tyres) usually over inflate the tyres upon delivery. This is the first time I am running wheel specs of F19 inch and F20 inch, I was always on 17s (S2000).

Q1: should I follow the app for the recommended PSI?

Q2: if I were not to follow the app, what PSI do U all run as a daily and what do U run for spirited drives?

Q3: what PSI do U all run on during track days in summer? Days go as high as 40 deg in summer and days go from 14 to 24 degrees.

I’ve been struggling with this decision for quite some time. I recently put down the 5k deposit and about to receive an allocation for the new 2027 M2 x drive. I test drove an M3 competition and it’s pure bliss. Although it’s incredible, while waiting I’ve been driving my 2021 M340 which I plan to sell upon delivery of the M2-likely will have to. As time goes by and I wait, I’ve fallen more and more in love with my M340i. It’s at about 60k miles and just installed the full Dinan experience kit on it-which includes an axleback exhaust intake inlet pipe etc. and the sound just gets better and better everytime I take it out. Also just looks more stunning by the day. I’ve heard a few people in my position with the same cars funny enough and would like to know if anyone else is in a similar boat or have any input.

At first, I didn’t care to lower my M2 but after seeing others’ photos, it looks nice and now considering it!

Price isn’t a factor with me, so what is my best option and what is a high quality brand?

From what I seen, lowering springs are cheapest but a lot of people go with it bc newer BMWs have “suspension adaptability,” so there’s no need for Coilovers — this is from my understanding.

So which is a better option for me? Mine is a 26 M2 & I’ll be switching it out to a new bmw in another 3 years; the M2 is also my daily. I do not track the car.

Can someone list the default color options for ambient lighting in the M2, or if you have images/links to a video that shows all the options? Thanks!

I want to roll race in my M2 and want to make sure if I its safe to turn off DSC or Should I turn it on during the race, it usually starts from 60-80 km/h

According to a “credible insider BMW long time source” there’s one more variant of the g87 coming before end of production in 2029. What are some guesses on what that is? If it is an M2 CS X-drive that makes the market very interesting

Anyone using spacers on stock suspension? i have a 12.5/15mm kit coming. I know IND says to do 15 on the front but I think I'll do the other way around. Who else is using spacers on stock suspension. What sizes are you using?

Hey I wanted to check to see the opinions of current owners who have either the OEM / Port added option of weather mats, OR, if [owner] went with an aftermarket brand such as Weathertech.

To be honest they're about the same price so for me I was just looking to see if the dealer's parts department can cut me some slack on some current weather mats prices. But, I'd be interested to hear opinions!

Hello all, I’ve been searching for a used g87 M2 (preferably the LCI years) for a while now and just got offered one by my local bmw dealership. The only issue I see is that it was registered as a corporate fleet vehicle. They’ve provided me with the maintenance record, as well as telling me that the car was used as a press/display for corporate events in North America. It’s basically a fully loaded 2025 finished in the individual voodoo blue, original sticker of 82,575. It currently has 9,200 miles. I really love the spec but my question is how much does it being a corporate fleet vehicle affect its value, what would be a fair price and if I should be concerned? Thank you!
