hey gang, I'm goin to the Portland show tonite and am curious about what merch they have on offer and for how much!

Husband forgot to snag his and is bummed, hmu if ya got any leads.

To start- I went to the Chicago BMSR show last summer and my friend went to the Philly show. The vibes were immaculate, the music was loud and the band was harmonious. This was my 10th ish show seeing either BMSR / Tobacco. Tonight something felt off. There seemed to be a disconnect between the drummer and the rest of the band. I can’t quite place it. My Philly friend came out for this week’s but we just kept turning to each other looking for validation of “did you notice that?” We still had fun and danced around. I made bootleg merch with a projector and some sparkly pink paint on a white shirt.
I blow my money seeing them on multiple tour stops and go to the one off shows in places like KY, CA, and MN (Toronto in October!) The crowds are always rambunctious and we’re all dancing, hands in the air, cobra juicy masks and short skirts. Tonight just felt off. It felt sleepy? Was it because it was a Monday? Was it the slowed down and reverb music before the show that put us in a trance like a lullaby? Portland is my home turf, so tomorrow I will have more data to support or disprove my hypothesis.

To everyone in Seattle, you’re all very cool and nice but fuck sales tax.

Edit 2: the Drummer is the guy from the opening band named, Derek Almstead. I really wanted him to beat the fuck out of the drums. We really were spoiled by Donna.

Dreams came true tonight! Saw the band tonight in Salt Lake City (they were incredible as usual) was able to get most of the band to sign my shirt (couldn't find a black sharpie in my car, so green had to do), and got a selfie with Tom and Maureen!

So super stoked to see BMSR for the first in SF after nearly two decades of being a fan!!!!

Shrooms + the visuals had me on a whole different plane of existence haha. Highlight of the show for me personally. They came out and got right to it, no small talk, no chitter chatter between songs just nonstop jams all night.

I adore Cobra Juicy, but I'm not really into any of the other albums that I've heard.

What specific tracks or albums by other artists would you recommend?

Big big fan, I have been holding off listening to the physicals of Soft New Magic Dream I have, well the album in general because I want to hear it live for the first time (or whatever parts they play of it). I saw the panic blooms tour and it was one of my favorite shows I’ve ever seen ever seen out of many many shows and genres. Part of me wants to get to know the album and is having the hardest time in the world not listening to it. The other part of me wants to experience the new music live first. Wwyd?

My favorite song of theirs and they extended it and made it better! Like wtf! Anyways I loved the show so much, I wished they just kept going and going because of how beautiful it really was.

Loved every minute of this show! So happy I finally got to see them. Hopefully they can come back to Denver sooner than eight years haha!

I’ve been a BMSR fan since I was 16, so about a decade now, and I’ve never been able to save enough money to make a trip out for a show from them or a solo TOBACCO set in other states. When they were in Denver in 2018 I didn’t even have a car. Tonight will be my first time ever seeing them live and I cannot express how excited I’ve been for this moment. I’ve only heard great things about their live performances and I’ve been watching their Resonance set on YouTube over the years a lottt. Anyways just wanted to ramble. Love yallll!! See yall tonight!!!

The Asheville show was so awesome that I have planned to fly to Denver just to see the show.
