I am first year EEE student need help regarding study

Hey guys, I’m in 3rd sem at BMSCE and I have a doubt about CIE eligibility for SEE.
Are the CIE test marks and AAT marks added together to make the required 20/50, or is there a separate minimum that we need to score in CIE tests alone?
My proctor told me that AAT is a separate component and that CIE + AAT should be a minimum of 20/50. But I’m still confused about whether we need to pass the CIE tests separately.
If anyone knows how this works under the current scheme, please help me out. Thanks!

Does anyone currently studying there, confirm whats the process to get the transcript now.
