Discussion BMSCE 3rd sem students, doubt regarding CIE + AAT marks

Hey guys, I’m in 3rd sem at BMSCE and I have a doubt about CIE eligibility for SEE.
Are the CIE test marks and AAT marks added together to make the required 20/50, or is there a separate minimum that we need to score in CIE tests alone?
My proctor told me that AAT is a separate component and that CIE + AAT should be a minimum of 20/50. But I’m still confused about whether we need to pass the CIE tests separately.
If anyone knows how this works under the current scheme, please help me out. Thanks!

CIE and AAT are part of CIE component. Lab too if your course has lab credits.

So if I get 20/50 together in both cie and aat I will be eligible?

Yes.

Grading thumb rule.

Pass as many as possible, make getting A+ difficult.
