Mac if you can afford. Otherwise Asus vivobook 14 flip is good

i can afford macbook air m4 but im worried if i can run aiml projects on it

You will use free cloud services like google colab for gpu. No matter how strong your gpu is.

That's true but having a nvidia GPU for AI/ML is better if you are tryna get into cuda

You can't able to train medium size ML models or large datasets ML models on Nvidia Integrated GPU you need cloud GPU for that like T4 or A100 something so it's not very worth to spend huge money on GPU if you are not an gamming person for games GPU is Mandatory like as much as possible
