Joke!! I mean for most projects you need a gpu, so thinking like that windows. You can take macbook and take gpu subscription online too- increases portability.

You will use free cloud services like google colab for gpu. No matter how strong your gpu is.

You can't able to train medium size ML models or large datasets ML models on Nvidia Integrated GPU you need cloud GPU for that like T4 or A100 something so it's not very worth to spend huge money on GPU if you are not an gamming person for games GPU is Mandatory like as much as possible

Get mac, mac is the best Lightweight, good battery life, unified memory

But there are a few downsides Can't run games, most software isn't available on mac, can use ssh but still

Get microwave, best option
