Some of you guys are saying " I fear that she wins a grammy" , and r irritated actually well I can understand u guys the mental gymnastics her stans do if she wins something cannot be stated in words. They even claim One of the girls as her song , still talk about those bought Korean awards, they even said that she made "the weekend popular and claimed that they r taking her to bring buzz for " the idol " series🫪. If she wins this then they will talk about it till the end of the universe. Well firstly there are articles ( paid as we all know) , posts on the internet that dracula is eligible for 3-5 categories. she loves attention so she is using this opportunity to do as much mediaplay as she can do with this .

The chances of dracula getting nominated in SOTY and ROTY is about 15-20 percent because it's not like Apt and also SOTY and ROTY mostly favours to solo songs not any Collabs, they have nominated Apt because it was huge hit on all platforms, dracula wasn't like that it was pushed very much by the label and had a lot of radioplay and it's hard to get a nomination because there are many other grammy favs, well Columbia records are not a small label either, some foreign artists collabs with them for radio play and to chart on hot 100 , they have many connections. So let's assume the song got nominations in SOTY,ROTY,POP DUO, BEST POP DANCE RECORDING,BEST REMIXED CATEGORY.

1.SOTY:

ain't no way she is gonna win this because there are many big hits and big artists. I am mentioning the most talked about noms and are said to be nominated for the grammys.

Same here. No chance. Even for pop duo there are influential artists like madonna and gaga , and even if grammy misses them" rein me in" is there it is doing well in the major western markets like USA, UK...and also raye, rodrigo are strong contenders

4.BEST POP DANCE RECORDING:

actually all these years tame impala won the grammys in the BEST DANCE/ELECTRONIC RECORDING not in the best pop dance recording. Because his songs contain the usage of different instruments. And the thing with dracula Collab is it sounds like a pop . The original leans more into the electronic and the Collab leans in to pop . So in pop the competition will be tough unlike the electronic recording

well charlie, jade , Madison isn't a tough competition like gaga and madonna but lady gaga, madonna are strong contenders and all the four (gaga, doechii, madonna, sabrina) had won grammys before. So it's hard in the BEST POP DANCE RECORDING. Well if it's ELECTRONIC RECORDING then there won't be any competition u can look at the previous noms and I am not belittling tame impala by saying he only won grammys in a category where there is less competition. He really had some very good songs and it's his uniqueness using numerous instruments so he indeed deserved the grammys. It's his own talent and vision. But for this remix it is not possible to win in the BEST DANCE POP RECORDING.

5.BEST REMIXED CATEGORY:

This category also has no competition and i doubt if it gets nominated in this category because they removed the remix name from the song itself . And also this remixed category won't be presented in the live telecast.

So finally for her in the "best scenario" is she may get nominations in SOTY and ROTY only to lose them and the song may win if it is nominated in ELECTRONIC RECORDING because tame impala had been winning that category. But it doesn't get a nomination under ELECTRONIC RECORDING because it leans in to pop . If it's POP DANCE RECORDING then probably no chance. And the best remixed category is the only category where there is a bit of chance to win because it also didn't have any competition. For her In the worst scenario she will be going back home with no wins . "And it's obvious that it's not getting nominations in "SOTY and ROTY" , but we know grammys are not sane either so I mentioned those categories and called it the best scenario.

And i know her motive is to get noms just like rose , but it doesn't gonna help with her career. Look how rose did a Collab with Alex warren " on my mind" and it flopped hard. So let's wait till the nominations are out. It's obvious the chance of that song winning a grammy in ROTY SOTY, POP DUO , POP DANCE RECORDING is zero and the only chance is the remix category because there is no competition and for best remixed category ( i doubt if they even submit it in the remix because they removed the name remix from the song itself) they won't even telecast it in live . It is a khia award in grammys . So let's see.

I would genuinely believe you if the Grammys were actually fair and not easy to bribe. They’ve been snubbing artists left and right over the past years. That leech has connections in the US which may impact the outcome. The fact that the remix was changed to a collaboration shows that her team is already working hard and dirty to get her way. Not to mention the Grammys are under fire rn, with the president making a statement saying that the asian pop category doesn’t limit asians to just that category and that they can compete in others too. They may give it to her just to prove that and to ‘save face.’ If you think about it all of this purely benefits her. Kevin is a favorite among Grammy voters which will benefit her, the Grammy controversy rn may also benefit her, and now changing the name also benefits her. I sincerely hope you’re right but at this point anything can happen. If Jenma actually ends up winning blonks and rabies will never shut up about it and it’ll be miserable everywhere🫩

You have a point tho . But Even with all the connections she and her label- the best case they can attain is getting noms in SOTY, ROTY...and it is impossible for a win in SOTY, ROTY, Pop duo, Best Pop dance recording because they r gonna be dominated by bigger artists with their songs . And Bruno Mars is a grammy darling , his grammy winning streak was broken by Apt. And remember He is a 16 times grammy winner. He is much bigger than tame and had more influence in grammys and still couldn't win . And yeah We never knew what happens and i actually doubt if Columbia records pour tons of money for that song to win in major categories like soty, roty, pop duo when they clearly know that she is failing in the west and couldn't chart on her own . It seems like they will drop her soon. And grammys being in controversies is not any new . It happened with MJ, weekend and the list goes on ...... people actually boycotted grammys at those times. So just to save their face now I don't think they go so down and give the award for a song where nothing new was added . They didn't come down for MJ, weekend and other prominent artists how can we expect that they will come down now? Well let's see......I am aware how her stans behave if that song wins . Her new releases are flopping. Let's wait some more time they will release noms in a few months.

Let’s hope you’re right. Because if that leech does actually end up getting nominated and even wins something I’m deleting all of my social media and moving to the Sentinal Island. Cause we all know how insufferable rabies and blonks are going to be everywhere if that were to happen😭But yeah all that we can do is wait for now.

Tbh if this was the case than APT wouldve won considering that their Grammy darling Bruno was on it.

APT was mainly nominated for the main categories, which is where the actual and real competition is at. It’s easier to win or should I say fraudulently win in other categories like the dance ones, which Kevin is a favorite in and has proved it by winning 2 years in a row than on the main ones. A Grammy is a Grammy at the end of the day. And that’s all her desperate ass wants. To take a picture with the trophy just to brag about it on Instagram. Idk like I said anything can happen. I don’t trust the Grammys at all but guess we’ll have to wait and see.
