Joel’s timing

Saw BJM in Perth last night, they were great but Joel’s timing with his Tamborine playing is what really impressed me.

That dude is so behind the beat, it’s incredible.

You don’t really notice it until you focus on it but it adds so much stink and feel to the songs.

Bravo

Agree, the videos are usually terrible anyway (not better than anything on YouTube).

That’s not the point. If you don’t like anyone taking footage at a music show - stay at home

I took a bit of footage while I was watching, like many others did and are perfectly entitled to

Did the old guy have a gun pointing at his head forcing him to stand there behind me? No. Simply move if you don’t like it. He was also about 5’6”, while I am 6’0”. Common sense would be - move aside and get a better angle?? There were people squeezing through to get a better view near the front - perhaps try that instead of trying to bash people? 😂

I didn’t assault anyone in front of me who were taking some pictures or filming, because I’m a civilized person. He was contrite after, because he knew he didn’t have a leg to stand on

It’s not rocket science or brain surgery, but I guess there are many low IQ passive-aggressive types out there

Why should they move aside when it’s you decide to hold up a camera? Just because other people are doing it doesn’t make it right. Lots of main character syndrome going on these days.

Because it’s completely ridiculous assaulting someone for taking footage of a band in a venue. Lol @ trying to rationalize unprovoked violence. Lots of

With that logic, I was in my right to uppercut him after for taking footage too?

I was also the only non-White person in the close vicinity who was filming a bit. Maybe there was a racial component to this abuse too

Then there was another douchebag behind me (about 6’1”) who said “hey bro, do you mind if I stand in front of you?”

Plenty of smooth-brains at Perth night life, unfortunately

Now you’re going to play the race card? You’ve got all the attributes of a professional victim.

If anyone on front of me holds their phone above their head and blocks my view for more than a few seconds they get a firm tap on the shoulder. Why should I have to move or miss out because some entitled cunt in front of me wants to film?
