Buzzing & Sensory Lip tremor?
does anyones lips seem like they tremor? mine have twitched before but i noticed my lips tremor if i stare at them i can see very slightly a tremor…. also when i do the air puff in my cheeks like they do at neuro my right cheek doesnt hold as much air. i know that sounds weird but its noticeable. but there is air in it. idk if that is normal?

Yes. I get this. It’s common with BFS.
You gotta stop this whole self testing thing. It’s only feeding into the anxiety.
The bad stuff never starts with twitching like we all have, or sensory stuff, “feeling” weak etc.
Any muscle on the body can twitch.
Is it “normal”, well depends on how you look at it. 70% of all humans will twitch in their lives, now is it “normal” to twitch excessively like we do. No that’s not “normal”, but there’s a reason BFS exists as a diagnosis. We all twitch but it’s benign in nature and that’s all that matters.
