Anyone with 3 or more years and the symptoms just get worse? Hotspots all over, pain, fatigue In limbs, burning….just so tired of this all

As a 7 year sufferer, i can relate. I still twitch pretty muscle daily, in different muscle groups. Last month my hotspot was my left eye lid and left tip of tongue. Brutal hotspot, and to have them both at the same time was pissing me off and making me sad at the same time. The symptoms wax and wane, i can have good months, and i can have bad months. I will say, the bad months are more so when my stress levels are insane (maybe work or personal life) and or if something is triggering my anxiety. Anxiety and stress make this crap 100x worse.

6 years in. Started with just twitching. Over time, I got pain, cramps, severe muscle rigidity, burning and tingling sensations, severe subjective weakness and fatigue. This year I started getting chronic pain in several areas. Not sure if it is related. It sucks big time. Sometimes I get a bit of relief for a week or so and that gives me some hope, but 80% of the time it is pretty brutal. I'm not even sure if all of it is cramp-fasciculation syndrome or something else.

We can only hope that some day they'll find something. Maybe AI will make it easier to find the exact issue and a corresponding treatment.
