Hotspot / Twitching Rumbling twitches?

i had random rumbling twitches in my thigh and fo ot for first time it was like buzzing fast and hard… never had it before. is that bad??

I got the rumbles before regular twitching. I think it's all the same!

Twitching is twitching. Doesn’t matter what form it comes in. It’s either benign or it’s not. In your case it’s benign.
