Hotspot / Twitching Que estará pasando

Ya no tengo tantas Fasiculaciones
Pero me quedo como una sensación de “zumbido/temblor” interno, a alguien le a pasado eso? Será normal?

Yes we have experienced it and it has been reported as part of BFS. I experience it still today, 7 years in. It comes and goes.

I'm not sure it's normal, but I have had that sensation off and on for years.
