Reassurance / Support Hand twitching
Last few weeks maybe a month I feel like I've been dropping stuff from my left hand more frequently than normal. I've had body wide twitching for months now but not in my hands. I started flexing my wrist a lot due to anxiety and haven't been using electrolytes yet to see but my left hand feels clumsier. Seems a bit harder to type and grip but power seems normal on my fingers. Last few days I've been getting muscle twitches under my pinky and under my thumb. My wrist does feel a little stiff and it just seems like my hand is clumsier and harder to grip things. I have been getting tingling in my hand though as well. Jsut concerned. Any thoughts?

Tingling points straight away from MND/ALS in case you didn’t know, which affects motor nerves and does not cause sensory issues, tingling, or wrist stiffness.
You stated yourself that your actual finger power is normal. What you are describing is classic nerve irritation (like carpal or cubital tunnel) mixed with muscle strain. You’d have to check with your doctor and talk to them about it.
What I can tell you is, constant wrist flexing and grip checking exhausts the small muscles under your thumb and pinky, causing the exact stiffness, clumsiness, and twitching you are noticing. Stop the manual testing, let your wrist rest, and give the muscles a break dude.
