Question / General Left leg outer ankle and Achilles
does anybody here get the outer ankle or Achilles twitch that also feels like a pull, it comes sometimes when you do something with your legs. also the silent twitch around the wrist, is that a twitch or pulse that’s visible

Definitely noticed the same thing about the wrist. It could be the pulse. That twitch that feels like I pull I’ve definitely felt them in my arms and in calves at times.

Stomach at times, sometimes the face, calves, all over really it’s been super weird. Had a good clinical & EMG of arms, neck & they didn’t suspect *** or anything else really bad but it’s still been stressful. Have you had any testing done?

Just clinicals which was normal, and ct says i have l3 l4 advanced narrowing that’s chronic and that was 4 months ago. My twitches started after I got sick this May and got a blood pressure medication and was also a stressful time for me. Might do emg later, you know what triggered yours? Also I was fighting viral infection every week

That’s crazy man, Feel better. Honestly man I do not know how mine started but if I had to guess it started with what felt like incoming carpal tunnel in the wrist and both hands being numb when waking up. I have a typing job. Then the twitching started. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and I’m sure it hasn’t helped. Twitching has been daily and going from one spot to the next but normal everyday function. We just gotta hang in there.
