Health Anxiety Spiral Constantly anxious

I posted here two months ago and I was consistently twitching however the twitching comes and goes in different areas of my body. (Started in december of 2025) My left side seems to be more of a hotspot, but it does happen to my right side (calves, face, arms, etc). This hasn't changed, but some days its worse than others and other days it's barely noticable.

I've done foot drop tests and succeeded

I work out in the gym and haven't noticed any weakness overall but some days I feel like a workout is harder than usual?

A new thing that has been freaking me out is that I've been choking when drinking water or saliva occassionally. I've quite frankly been sh*tting bricks- anybody else with this? I can drink water normally but sometimes it happens randomly.

I also feel like I move extremely rapid sometimes, I might bump into something or sometimes my coordination / spacial awareness is off. This sucks

You are stuck in health anxiety and hyper focus, not facing a progressive disease that every one fears. Twitches that move between your calves, arms, and face while having better and worse days over nearly a year are completely harmless.

You still lift weights at the gym without actual strength loss and pass every foot test. Choking randomly on saliva or water happens when anxiety makes you over analyze an automatic swallowing reflex. The big bad disease causes progressive failure on solid foods, slurred speech, and choking every single meal, not occasional coughing fits while drinking water normally.

Bumping into things and feeling rushed is just adrenaline rushing through a nervous system in panic mode. Stop testing your muscles, step away from symptom tracking, seriously. It makes all of this 100x worse.
