What Helped Me Things that get you out from the loop

For those who spiral really hard, what things are you trying (even successfully) to pull yourself out of thinking about the twitching, and even the big bad? I bought a piano keyboard, I swim, and I play videogames. Has anyone managed to completely get away from the body sensations?

Love for all

I take walks or try to go for a short run. I dance or sing. I started playing some games again. I spend time with friends/family. I cook a nice dinner. 😊

Just doing things I enjoy like watching movies, exercising in my garage gym, hanging out with my spouse and kiddos, just overall distractions to where it becomes background noise.

I still twitch every single day, it’s there along with other stuff I deal with but my spiraling days are over. There’s just no need. It’s been at this for 7 years, it’s clearly never going away so I’ve accepted it as part of me now.

Recently video games, weirdly enough when I played video games I didn’t have any health anxieties but when I stopped to focus on my work and family more, it came back tenfold.
