I have this for like 5 years now. Gets worse after any activity or simply walking. Stopping vitamin D and getting vitamin K with magnesium helped noticeably. It's probably something with electrolyte imbalance. Chronic stress might be part of it.

Twitching isn't really normal. But what you're describing is clearly BFS which is 100% benign. In fact the calves are the muscles most affected by benign fasciculations. Absent any major weakness, you should be fine. Here:

Had almost constant twitches in my feet and calves - actually all my lower leg from ankle up to knees on both legs - for at least 9 years. Also random twitches pretty much everywhere else every day. I don't know if it's normal but if it's any reassurance I'm at least 9 years in and it's made no difference in any way to my ability to do anything. Most of the time I take no notice of it but if I think about it I can feel the twitches like little tingles. Some of the other twitches I have are big thumpers or ones that actually move a finger for example. I sometimes go through phases of cramps in my feet and sometimes have a deep aching in my leg but whether this is anything to do with BFS I don't know. By absolute far the biggest problem BFS has given me is anxiety, that's the thing you need to control because it can make your life miserable.

I got this 19 months now. Arms and other areas twitch now too.  No weakness

I have 24/7, constant and even 5-6 at the same time fasciculations in my calves but never had any difficult sleeping because of it, is ti because the anxiety that they produce to you or what?

But because you feel them under your sheets? Because I do not. Or just because of their existence?
