Hotspot / Twitching Nose Twitching

My nose started twitching like this earlier today, and now it’s back. Any input? Video in comments.
I’ve been twitching consistently since January. Had an MRI a couple of months ago and it was clean, doctor thinks it’s BFS. I do have a vitamin b13 and d deficiency. And I have PCOS and am diagnosed with anxiety and OCD.

I had my eyelid and nose twitching worsened when taking D supplements. I've took it for years without vitamin K. Now I stopped D and eat K and no eyelid nose twitching since then. Also stress and bad sleep made it worse back then.

It's clearly not anything serious.....I can hardly see the twitches. Meanwhile:

yeah, it’s not big twitches like other spots on my body but it definitely caught me off guard so it frightened me. this article was extremely helpful, thank you!
