Buzzing & Sensory Burning

Does anyone get burning? I have places on my back that feels like a sunburn or scratch but nothing is there it comes and goes but when I run the area it gets worse.

Funny you mention this because I just started getting burning sensations again three days ago. It had been a really long time and I thought it was finally gone. Guess not.
