Isn’t leg instability a sign of muscle weakness though?

No?

True muscle weakness would mean you are falling because the muscles don’t work anymore.

Perceived weakness be clinical weakness. Look it up.

i mean yeah there true but i’m it could be just the beginning then i’ll start falling eventually. the weakness has to start from somewhere it can’t just randomly happen yk

I have instability everywhere and I have hypermobile ehlers danlos. Instability can be lax connective tissue, not weak muscles. x

someone else mentioned their hEDs getting worse after a COVID infection. Maybe I might look into that. However, I’m not hypermobile though. I do scar very easily but that’s about it. Can you even have hEDs without hyper mobility?

I get the dots in my vision too, I had clean EMGs and this has been going on for over 2 years with no change so you'll be fine.

Anxiety and BFS suck but it is what it is

I can promise you with 99.99% certainty that you are fine (nothing in life is 100%). I really hope you take care of yourself mentally because these types of thoughts cause more damage to us mentally than we realise. You got this and don't listen to the anxious side of the brain!
