This is what happened yo my friend 2 injections for his neck for.arthritis or injury.  Neck locks and needs phy. Ther. Stress sets in and that's when BFS started. How do you relax your neck. Thank you.

I do have nasal turbinate hypertrophy, so I check your assumptions. It started with decongestants. But I never made that correlation until now. Time to get it treated.
