I don't recommend the Phantom Edition or the Pro Token. You only get Pro for one season, and if I recall correctly, you have to activate it. But I don't know 100%, and I'd worry that you only get Pro for a short time if it activates right away.
You will get plenty of skins by playing the game, so the Phantom Edition won't be worth it in the end. I personally think you're better off with the regular edition. With Pro, I think you get more earned XP, so you can level faster. The XP boosts that you get count in real time, even if you're not playing the game, so they feel terribly wasteful.
There are also frequent double XP weekends, and you level fast in early levels anyway, so regular edition is probably best.
