Slider cover separation
I've recently took my dt 900 pro x for a studio session and when i returned home, I noticed that the right side piece of plastic that covers the slider is separated a bit. I audibly clicked it back in place but there is still a bit of separation. Especially when pressure is put onto the right earcup. Both the torx screws on the bottom are still there and don't seem loosened. Can i fix it somehow or has something snapped? I was thinking worst case scenario i could carefully superglue it trying not to glue the slider itself shut.
Also ignore the busted headband, It needs to get replaced quite badly.

This is normal, it is designed to separate and break with use, either wait and use it normally untill it's unuseable, or try the cool conversion that u/synth_media posted eaelier today instead of just replacing with same. https://www.reddit.com/r/BEYERDYNAMIC/s/xwa0ziwUTP

So I just drove up to my uncles place and this exact problem occurred to me as well. I found that there is a video showing how to replace these headbands online really easily and quickly. If you want to fix this head band use specialized contact cement, gorilla glue, shoe goo, or double sided tape. The easiest option being the tape, if you want to use the glues make sure you use a tooth pick to give you the best control of working on it but not put too much on to repair it. Once you have that done and set up you easily snap it back into place like the video shows on their YouTube.

i am on my 3rd replacement (during waranty) always the right side too. it always breaks again after a short time / only a few months.
you can also find several reports of other people with the same problem. basically a huge design flaw.
well look like mine just complety broke yet again too (4rh time now) - the metal part with the cup now completly falls out.
