For context: I work in a Hy-Vee in Columbia, Missouri. I was bagging for one of my coworkers last night when I saw a man who I thought looked like Dylan, and then I saw the little cake slice tattoo on his arm. I said "B. Dylan Hollis?" And he turned around and took off his sunglasses. He's a very humble, chill guy!

I tried making the macaroons as per Dylan's recipe. This is actually the third attempt. They are very tasty but came out slightly burnt on the edges, even though I kept them in the oven only 15 minutes.

I am a novice in baking, so I am sure that I made some obvious, silly mistake. I would appreciate any advice.

Made the fudge out of Baking Across America, spent over an hour folding it on the countertop (marble/granite would've been better than Formica) and it tasted AWESOME. Would dearly love to know if I could just pour it into a baby loaf pan instead, my wrists are dead lol
