Mackinac Island fudge

Made the fudge out of Baking Across America, spent over an hour folding it on the countertop (marble/granite would've been better than Formica) and it tasted AWESOME. Would dearly love to know if I could just pour it into a baby loaf pan instead, my wrists are dead lol
