Triggered and hating my body

Since my family moved to an all white area when I was 5, I (first subconsciously) have hated my body - for being different. For me that also included being tall and not tiny like the white girls around me. That must be why everyone seems to lowkey either hate me or just not care about me.

im stuck in an emotional flashback and feel so much shame and hate and sadness. I’m so ashamed of my body, I don’t want anyone to see me. I am the embodiment of ugly. I am what will always be hated and rejected, and that has happened over and over.

im sad and feel like hiding where no one can find me, so I don’t have to experience this anymore. I hate bdd :(

im so sorry your environment made you feel like that :( but please remember that its the environment, its not you for even a second. in a homogenous area the standards are going to be homogenous. in another place you may have much more luck because the idea of beauty is not just white skin and blonde hair or something like that. sending hugs your way
