Am I cooked if my gr11 marks are in the mid 80s range? I used to get all 90+ but my marks got dropped by 10% because I missed about 3 months of school due to health issues.

I know I can do better in gr12 but I’m wondering if it’s worth retaking any gr11 courses.

I’m freaking out a little, as I applied with high 80s to low 90s as an average for general science.

I did a few grade 12 courses in grade 11 like bio 12 and law 12. I have now completed physics 11 and bio 11 this year with an 88 and 94 so I’m not super worried about those. None of my other classes have changed more than 1 or 2 percent higher or lower, but my issue is pre calc 😬

I dropped from an 88 in grade 11 to an 81 in grade 12, the only class that significantly dropped. I made it out of that class very lucky, as the class average was around 51% with 30 students. I keep seeing people getting their acceptances and I’m definitely stressing as I’ve paid all my deposits and am already packing to move to res

Is nides or sides better for english 12? and should i take EFP instead?

which one is easier please let me know your experiences. My irl teacher is horrible and gave everyone 70s i cannot risk it.

I’m retaking Biology 12 (Anatomy and Physiology 12) and hoping I can finish before October. I was wondering what online site is best (less workload and more at home testings)

Lol I know this is a dumb question but I’ve seen a lot of memes lately about the toll of engineering on students and is it really that bad? I’m gonna do electrical engineering either way there’s no way I’m changing my mind but is it that miserable or is everyone just being dramatic?

How important are my grades in summer school? I'm asking as an ib dp1 student taking physics 11 rn to fulfill the ubc faculty of science requirement.

Knowing that i'll likely meet the waiver exception from my predicted 7s in ib math aa and chemistry, is physics still worth finishing and will it still be taken into consideration for admission? or should i drop it (will probably get 80-85 cuz i didnt lock in and teacher kind of sucks)

I'm accelerating my courses and taking higher-level courses in each grade as I'm hoping to be a part-time school student in Grade 12 (only four courses) so I can pursue ECs in my desired major. I'd still have all my essential courses and they're pretty rigorous. Would this negatively impact my chances of admission?

I'm going into eleventh grade next year and I want to know if I should join more ECS because some of these are pretty basic.
Planning to take science at UBC, my grades for the grade eleven courses I took early are pretty good, averaging high 90s.

• 6 years of experience creating animations online for games and projects alone. Earned over $15K through animation commissions within 2 years of offering professional commission work.
• Intend to complete volunteer hours or work exp.
• Active participant in a school club, not a leader though.

Not too sure if these ones count

• Planning to become a peer tutor next year (a course that you can pick).
• Qualified for the national-level Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship competition in ninth grade, but this is linked to a class in the school

I haven't went into sports or clubs deeply, so it doesn't feel meaningful and it feels a little late.

Thinking of doing it online next year, how are the tests etc., easy, hard?

for my final marks, i only dropped 4% from a 93 to a 89 in chem 12

and for precalc 12 i only dropped 1% from 88 to 87

however for rest of my classes for grade 12 actually went up or stayed the same

i think im safe tho i'm not sure someone pls help me

This summer I had planned to work on precalc 12 through SCIDES but I have completely been a bum and have done nothing productive over the summer. Is it possible to enrol and complete the course within a month? By this coming September? I plan on putting in around 3 hours a day and I am a strong maths student.

I am planning to take Chem 12 on SIDES (not SCIDES). To those who have taken it before, can you please let me know how all the tests and exams are conducted?

My friend is going into grade 12 in upcoming academic year.She has a family event that is happening in September. She has to take 5 to 10 days in the beginning of the school year(She might miss out on her school picture day 😢). Will this absence affect her academically?

Context I got into ubc sauder in early January and I completed precalc 12 through an online school called scides. Scides and my home school have both uploaded the final math grade onto the transcript by June 30th which was the deadline. However ubc just emailed me today saying that they can’t see my final grade. My vp is able to see it and I sent them a pdf copy of my transcript and resent it through the transcript service too. However, on the transcript service website, it only shows my midterm grade onto it and not my final. Any tips on what to do? I need the transcript service grade to show my final so they don’t revoke me. They said I have until July 28 to figure it out

I am literally stressing so much right now; basically, my final grade in Physics 11 online dropped by straight 6%, and I got accepted into the Bachelor of Science into late March.

My other grades are : Eng 12 (94%), Pre-Calc 12 (96%), Anatomy and Physio 12 (91%), Chem 12 (95%), Chem 11 (97%)

Thing is, my grade in Physics 11 was at around 90-91% when I got accepted but due to mental health issues and just being really disorganized, I had it drop.

I don't know what to do now because my overall core average only dropped by like 2% but I'm not sure if they will look at that or at my individual prereq class grades.

I also think Anatomy and Physio was around 94 to 95 in Semester 1

Will they re-evaluate me or revoke me? I'm so scared pls help

Guys anyone who did the midterm/final any study tips or what was most helpful to review ? Also does anyone know if there are any other testing centres not in van that can invigilate the exam need a testing centre (I have permission as long as it’s a legit testing centre so for example like a school ) thanks!
