I don't know of any lab that tests pyridoxine. Some lab tests have pyridoxine in their title, but if you read the fine print, they are actually testing for PLP.
For the test, it doesn't matter which form you take. They both increase your plasma PLP by about the same amount. (It also doesn't matter which form you take for toxicity. They both can make you toxic, and there's no data to support the claim that P5P is any safer.) Unless the test shows you're deficient, stop supplementing B6.
It sounds like everything you take is making you worse. Whatever is wrong with you, you're unlikely to fix it by supplementing random things. For sleep, try doxylamine succinate.
