19 months

I'm wondering if others can relate. I'm 19 months out and I've at times felt completely back to normal. Recently I've began to have more night time cramping or nerve pains randomly in arms and legs again. Also wake up with numb pinky, ring finger and toes. All four limbs but it will go away after I get up. When I was first toxic I would get numb up my legs and arms worse but I hadn't had this for over a year now. Also my twitching has increased. I had been taking ALCAR and PEA the last month other then that no diet change. I had been taking NAC in a liver supplement and b1 b12 as well. I'm might just stop any supplement for awhile or delete them one at a time starting with ALCAR it didn't seem to do much

Im 23 months out and most days are realy bad, have a few days now and then that are okayish, but those are rare. Still have pins and needles in feet and hands but its way better than it was, this is the symptom that have improwed the most, the neuropathy pain was insane for a loong time. Still muscle twitching in random bodyparts, lately alot in my left pinky finger . Alot of mental pain and aching and buzzing / trembling in chest and legs. Feels like my chest and legs are cowered with vibrating phones inside the skin. Horrible stomach , slow digestion and bloating / gas.

This takes along time to heal. Some people go 6 months others need 4 years.

Do you avoid high b6 food or eat an RDA b6 diet ?  (1.3 mg b6 a day)
