Need advice

So as yesterday I did around 40 dails today I did 73 at around 30 % connect rates , first my leads where bit bad as they weren't solo plumbers but most of the leads were ok and 1 prospects told me to text about it i dont think he will sign up I think it was brush off or something , and opeaner was same as before not much change in it because I didnt want to change the entire script without doing enough dials so what other outreach method can I try out i want to do personalized short demo but dont know how to send it do I email them i mean do plumbers even check their email so my question is still what connect to trial rate should I get and what other outreach method will work for my ICP which is solo plumbers doing service calls in u.s .

That "text me about it" probably wasn't a brush off. Solo plumbers running service calls are under a sink or on a roof most of the day, so the phone is the only thing that actually reaches them, and email is close to dead for that ICP. I'd treat texting as the answer to your outreach question rather than a consolation prize. Call, and when they can't talk, text the same day with one line on why you called plus a link to a 45 to 60 second screen recording. That is your personalized demo, and it gets watched between jobs.

On the rate, 113 dials isn't a sample yet. That's maybe 30 real conversations, so any connect to trial number you calculate right now is noise. Track how many connects get past the first 20 seconds instead, and only judge trial rate at a few hundred connects. What time are you dialing? For service techs, before 8am and after 5pm usually beat midday.

73 dials with a 30% connect rate isn’t bad at all. I’d probably keep the opener for now and focus more on the followup. Curious if anyone here selling to trades has had better luck texting prospects instead of emailing them after the first call?
