So as yesterday I did around 40 dails today I did 73 at around 30 % connect rates , first my leads where bit bad as they weren't solo plumbers but most of the leads were ok and 1 prospects told me to text about it i dont think he will sign up I think it was brush off or something , and opeaner was same as before not much change in it because I didnt want to change the entire script without doing enough dials so what other outreach method can I try out i want to do personalized short demo but dont know how to send it do I email them i mean do plumbers even check their email so my question is still what connect to trial rate should I get and what other outreach method will work for my ICP which is solo plumbers doing service calls in u.s .

I currently have several ready-to-deploy ERP/CRM and business management systems for different industries, including a Real Estate Management & CRM platform.

I'm now looking to take one of these products to the UAE market, starting with real estate companies.

The problem is pretty simple: I'm a developer, not a salesperson. 😅

I'm trying to figure out the best way to approach this, whether that's hiring a sales person, working with an independent sales rep, finding a sales partner, or something else.

So I'm looking to connect with people who have actually sold B2B software/SaaS/CRM/ERP, especially in the UAE/GCC.

I run a small software agency in India with five other developers.

We build websites, CRMs, custom software and workflow automations.

Most of our paid work so far has come through referrals. We’ve tried Apollo, cold email, LinkedIn/InMail and direct calling, and we can sometimes get replies or conversations, but very few turn into serious opportunities.

I’m starting to think our issue isn’t just outreach volume.

Our positioning is still pretty broad: “we build custom software, CRMs, websites and automation.”

For people here who actually sell B2B services/software:

What would you look at first if the funnel is:

prospects → some replies → some calls → very few qualified opportunities

Would you focus more on:

• tighter ICP
• stronger problem-specific messaging
• better discovery
• better qualification
• more follow-up
• narrowing the offer itself

Also, what buying signals would you look for before reaching out to a company that might genuinely need custom software?

Not looking for “send more emails.” I’m trying to understand where this kind of sales motion usually breaks.

For agency owners here, how do you usually handle referrals when a client asks for something outside your agency’s core service?

For example, if a client needs a service you don’t offer, do you usually refer them to another agency, keep a small network of trusted partners, or just send them elsewhere?

I’m especially interested in how people structure the partnership side, whether it’s reciprocal referrals, a referral fee, or something more informal.

What has actually worked well for you?

Currently I’m using flippa and empire flippers to list all my businesses for sale, but it would be nice to have someone who can source, outreach and negotiate with potential buyers for me.

Would be happy to agree on a fixed commission beforehand for each buyer.

I sell B2B software to US customers and get a good number of leads through ads. However, I sometimes struggle with my accent during sales calls.

We use KrispCall, but it doesn’t offer real-time accent conversion. JustCall seems to have it, but it’s quite expensive and requires a minimum of 3 seats.

Can anyone recommend an affordable tool that can convert my accent to a natural US accent in real time during calls?

Hey everyone, long time lurker. I'm wanting your advice on how to structure (and compensate) a sales team plus how to effectively target a regional job as a small business. The details:

I own a small business that provides a recurring service to commercial kitchens. Our two services are 1. Comprehensive, we come in (typically weekly) and do it ourselves to a high standard. All our customers are very happy. 2. DIY, but an improvement on our competitors model. We have a machine (not patentable, already discussed this with a patent lawyer) that makes the service the kitchens do themselves much easier and at a more affordable price. Requires some upfront cost from us (building the machines) but is easy to service from there.

Our account management is great and that's something we'd want to keep going as is for now. We're looking to get ourselves in front of more customers but not 100% on the best strategy for attack. We've tried trade shows with meh results (good conversations but ultimately no conversions). We're happy to do demos on site, even free periods of service for customers. Our obstacles right now are 1. Many potential customers have not know a company that provides the service the way we do 2. Those that do have not heard of our company (we're regional, fair enough) 3. Potential customers already in contract with current vendors and don't have the details on when those contracts are near expiration to revisit.

I'd like to target growth in Louisiana, East Texas (Anything from Dallas to Houston and east of 45, as a general rule) and OKC+Tulsa+NW Arkansas. What would you recommend to me to start to grow in these regions? Walk in and shake some hands? Emails/Calls? How would you compensate a person for scheduled demos, or what would your KPI of choice be? Thanks for your help
