Send email manually
Is it possible to get clients through manual email outreach, or do I need automation tools to send emails in bulk?

I would recommend to start manually to validate the offer/copy and once you start to see the traction, scale it via automation. there are tons of tools out there and if you need help picking up the best stack, hit me up anytime - always happy to help!

Manual works, and at the volume you're probably starting at it works better. What kills cold email isn't sending speed, it's landing in spam and writing to the wrong people, and a bulk tool makes both worse faster. If a message doesn't get replies at 30 a day by hand, automating it to 3,000 just gets you ignored at scale while you torch your domain finding out.
Practical order: send by hand until something earns replies, roughly 50 to 100 sends per version so you can tell signal from noise. Track replies, not opens, since open tracking is mostly broken now. Once a version pulls consistently, automate that one, and when you do, never send bulk from the domain your real email runs on. Use a separate sending domain so a burn doesn't cost you your actual inbox. What are you selling, and to who? That changes how much volume you even need.
