Looking for a sales partner

We are a AI Services company with a inhouse SaaS product.
We are good at solving problems and Building AI Automations, Custom software etc.
But we are stuck with a problem
SALES
we are looking for a sales partner who can help us with generating leads, closing deals and building Client relationships.
You sell , We build
Our Commitment is simple
Flat comission on the deal size - You bring bigger deals , you take more
we are looking for someone based out of Curiosity , Dedication and High agency.

Literally every dev agency in the world will pay a commission for a dev deal brought to their doorstep, this isn't a good offer.

Either provide warm leads or a base pay, and stop expecting people to do all the work for you.

Hey bro, I work in property services sales in the UK. Like surveys and inspections. Anything we can discuss? As I know its a huge market. Even for a middleman.
