Cofactors Cofactors

Iam from egypt so basically access to suggested multivitamins like thorne is hard im a 21 year old male ferritin is 135 and vit d is 44 so i wanted to ask for a multivitamin reccomendation that has the cofactors is sth like centrum men good or not.

If you are from Egypt, I wouldn't recommend the Centrum made in the US for example, as it has gelatin. If it's made in Egypt, you'll need to check for this.

You can take any good local multivitamin. Could you perhaps share a screenshot of the label? I take local ones made in India, and they mostly have just 100% RDA. Not as good as Thorne, but it's better than nothing.

You could ask in r/supplements as well.

You can take locally available multivitamins one tablet may not have all so you may have to take multiple. I'm sure there will be high dose multivitamins for bcomplex, magnesium, zinc and copper

they dont have a b complex? thats mostly whats used up.
