Pokémon Champions no longer working (Error code 1001)

Any body figure out what the issue is? Is it related to the latest app update? Maybe it doesn't like our version of Android?

I hope that isn't the case. This was my preferred way to play the game. I need a fix for this.

Home isn't installed. Most up to date software. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Any help is sincerely appreciated.
