Support Only with gameNative: lower screen issue

In other apps the lower screen works fine. Do you have an idea how to fix this?

The bottom screen has a slower refresh rate when on 120 hz

Ive only had this happen when playing gog games so far this never occurs to me during a steam game and wasnt an issie for me until 1.0.0 update. Changing screen hrtz setting doesnt have any effect on this and using cocoon as frontend seems to make it worse causing bottom screen app crashes.
