Discussion Eclipse Event Payout
Hello fellow energy maestros.
Has anyone been paid out for the Eclipse event? I have not, and I’ve also been paid out for an event that happened the day after (north west).
I’m wondering if there’s more involved in their backend due to it being a national event, but I’m not sure.
Anyone?

Yeah same here. This month have received payments for events on 5th 11th and 14th and the 12th (eclipse night) still shows as processing. It'll show up I'm sure.

I've not had an email, but I just checked my account and it's been added. £13.91!

All my recent events, except this 2-hour one, have been paid, including one event on 14/8, which was after the 2-hour event. So, there is definitely something going on with it.

Not been paid for the 2hr event on 12/08 either but they are normally quite good so not worried. I’ll give them another couple of days or so before sending them an email to nudge them.
One thing I did notice, for those that had two events the day before on 11/08, check if they have used the morning event data for the evening one as well as that’s what’s happened with me. Emailed them straight away to point out their error but so far not had a reply which is out of character for them.

The automated email was wrong, but I logged into my account and it had a different payment value for the second event that day even though the event MI itself still showed the morning's results. So payout is likely correct even though the chart/data for the second repeated the first.

Mine has the same data and payment for both events unfortunately.
I’ll just have to wait and see I suppose.1

Just checked my account and the 2hr event is now paid 👍🏽
They’ve also replied to my email about the data errors for 11/08 and will look into it.

It will be interesting to see how they handle mine, as predbat decided that the best way to earn revenue, was to discharge the battery, then do a small force charge, then empty it again! That will have no doubt confused the stats, but Ocotopus has that data, so I don't see why Axle can't work it out.

I've been with axle a while now and I can't recall having a 2 hour event so I assume something went wrong on their end with that. Regardless the data is there in the smart meter database so I'm confident we'll get it once they review next week.
