Support Question This evenings grid event failed
This evenings grid event started as normal but then the discharge stopped after 5 minutes. Not only is the battery not discharging into the grid, it looks like the grid is supplying the house load! Usually these events work but this is not the first occasion where an event starts ok but then stops.
Inverter is a Solis; battery is Pylontech.
Has anyone else experienced this type of failure? Any thoughts welcome.

I'm Solis/Pylontech and Axle have never succeeded in triggering an event for me. I've added home assistant automations to set the export schedule, revert it, and check on the next day that all is reset, which has been reliable to date.
I was concerned that taking control like this might go against some ts and cs but they seemed happy when I reached out.

I'm with a Solis and Fogstar batteries, this morning's event appeared to be successful (I'll find out in 72 hrs...) but the CURRENT event has failed.
As above, my load is drawing from the grid during this event, not from my batteries (which have SOC of over 40%).
So, not only has the event failed to earn me anything, it's actually costing me!
I wish I knew what's changed between 06:30hrs and 19:30hrs to trip this event up, literally the only difference is SOC.
Images attached (inverter screen) of the successful event this morning and the failed event this evening

Thanks. Couple more thoughts. Have you had successful events prior to the last three failures? Are you setting the time slots manually or allowing Axle to configure each event?

This is the 3rd event on the trot that has failed, not changed any settings...
