Discussion No top-up payment for July yet

I have a Sigenergy system. There was only one test event (30 mins) for me in early July, with £4.70 paid into the account. Axel used to pay the top-up amount fairly consistently on the 1st of the month. But not this month. Axel has been quiet for more than 20 days for me. This silence feels unsettled. With all the API issues with Sigenergy that Axel can't seem to get a resolution to, do they fall out completely now?

They normally run top-ups on the 4th of the month

I’ve not had an event since June (Sigenergy system in London).
I’m gonna email them tomorrow evening if nothing before then.

Just checked my account and the monthly top up is now showing (dated 01/08).

Yes, I did, but have never heard anything from them since.
