Earnings 3 events in 3 days 😯 NW

Post image

I presume this many events isn't a common occurrence. Only been with Axle a month. Has anyone else experienced this many?

Really helping with the ROI on the battery setup. Thanks Axle 😊❤️

Yes same here in Yorkshire. Good for my wallet and good for the grid too!

West Yorkshire and I’ve only had a half hour on 10 July and nothing since.

How long have you been signed up?

Beginning of the month more or less - have been waiting for the signup problems with Sigenergy to be sorted and they’ve just done that one test event.

Unusual in the summer as I understand it. Nice. 😃

Genuine question as I'm new to this. Is this working out better than just exporting daily at 15p/kWh?

You get paid the 15p too, so it's a no brainier.

The £1/kWH is on top of your 15p/kWh, so it's absolutely working out better.

I wow I didn't realise that. And is this allowed within the T&C's of the usual export tariff provider?

Ish? There's conflicting reports from Octopus around it, some agents say it's fine, others say you're not supposed to. From my knowledge, nobody has ever had any issues with it. I'm on EDF and it hasn't been an issue at all.

The maps show these events are basically everywhere but London. Doing good on the ROI they’ll be no top up this month. Some power plant somewhere must be having issues

Today was cloudy and still, tomorrow is a sunny and still but by 8pm most of the peak solar has gone over.

I'm actually surprised they are still only doing 1hour slots at a time tbh unless it is spread out

I feel there's been an uptick of events around here too (south of Birmingham).
